A warm welcome from all at Beacon Community Church, providing God’s word through worship, communion, Bible studies, children’s activities and pastoral support to the local Wibsey community and beyond.
Growing in God, Growing Together, Growing as a Community
Founded in 2011 through the merger of Slackside, Wibsey and Central Avenue Church, Little Horton, Beacon Community Church is a welcoming place for all. With strong ties to the local community, the host of a number of community events, and the passion of its Pastor and his team it is steadily becoming a dynamic hub of hope and light for those within the Wibsey and surrounding areas. In 2023 our next phase of growth included the reopening of our Community Centre following an extensive refurbishment programme making it fit for the 21st Century. We are part of the Wesleyan Reform Union of Churches.
A Service is regularly run on Sundays at 10:45am, open to all.
